Nicole opened the door and informed Yvonne of Jasmine's arrival. Once she got her boss' permission, she tilted her body to let Jasmine enter the meeting room.

Yvonne stood up and welcomed Jasmine to the company. Then she invited her to take a seat.

Jasmine didn't know how to react to Yvonne's friendliness. "Did I cause you any inconvenience by visiting you without an appointment?"

Yvonne smiled. "Nope. My meeting just ended."

"Thank goodness." Jasmine lowered her head slightly as she started speaking in a soft tone. "I heard that you're about to host a jewelry fair in memory of your mother."

"Yes. My mother had been immensely talented. Unfortunately, she got married to the wrong man. Her drafts and work never got showcased when she had been alive, all the way until the day she died due to an accident. As her daughter, I consider myself a woman capable enough to do something for her. That's why I no longer wish for her talents to remain buried."
