Soon, a concerned face appeared right in front of Neil.

"Uncle Neil, are you alright? I heard that you got into an accident! You almost scared me to death!"

Neil looked at Jane and frowned. "How did you know that I had gotten into an accident?"

"Grandpa told me about it. He can't leave at the moment, so he got me to come and visit you."

Jane looked at Neil, who was covered in injuries. She felt sorry for him. "Uncle Neil, you must be in pain. How did the accident happen?"

Neil remained silent. He gave Kai a look, asking him to check who on earth had leaked the news.

Kai understood immediately and left the room.

Once the door was closed, Neil said slowly, "The injuries look scary, but I'm not really hurt. I'll be fine after recovering for a while. You can go home and tell Claude. Don't let him worry."

Jane nodded. "Luckily, you're fine. It really is terrifying. Why don't I stay back to care for you for a while? I'll feel better once you can leave the bed and walk around."
