Shawn felt very uncomfortable.

"Come on, have a sip. I got this bowl just for you. Consider it a filial gesture!" Joshua said.

Shawn's hand trembled, nearly dropping his spoon.

"Look, how thoughtful Joshua is. So respectful at such a young age!" Lucas praised.

Joshua, a bit embarrassed, smiled. "It's just what I should do!"

Shawn could not shake the feeling of unease. It was eerie!

Seeing Shawn hesitating, Joshua asked with great concern, "Shawn, do you not like soup? It's okay, I don't either. It's hot! It's okay; just eat the other food first! I'll serve you!"

He began putting some food from each platter into Shawn's bowl. The rest praised him incessantly.
