After Rebecca came out of the bathroom, she saw that Benjamin was sitting on the couch, seemingly meditating with his eyes closed.

When Rebecca wasn’t looking, he opened one eye and looked at her, as if waiting to see her reaction. (Didn’t she see anything in the bathroom? Why isn’t she saying anything? Don’t tell me… she saw nothing?!)

“Mm?” Rebecca quickly turned her head to look at him, and his eyes were closed. “Are you really coming to the party with those jogger pants? Do you want everyone to laugh at us? Wear some jeans at the least.”

“I don’t have anything else other than these,” Benjamin pitifully said.

“You should have told me that sooner, and I would have taken you shopping.”

Benjamin’s eyes lit up. “Can we go now? Shopping, I mean.”

“We don’t have time for that,” she said. “Why don’t you go and ask my brothers for their clothes?”

“They are taller and bigger than me,” he replied. “Their clothes don’t fit me well.”
