A night with a millionaire
He was arrogant, mysterious, cold, and hostile, but also handsome and manly, with a thick voice that played havoc with my sanity, and gray eyes that consumed me like fire.
And, although he was the most stoic and indecipherable man I had ever met in my life, with an eternal scowl and an arrogance that exceeded the limits of reason, I felt a powerful and incomprehensible attraction for him.
From the moment I met him, I knew he was a force of nature from whom I had to flee for refuge. Although I didn't think I was at risk, he showed no interest in me until he made me a dangerous proposition from which, he believed, we would both benefit.
"I've seen how she reacts when I touch her, the changes in her breathing, the way she blushes when I whisper phrases in her ear... there's chemistry between the two of us; it's undeniable," he expounded petulantly, and I wanted to refute him, but I had no solidity. And, the more he talked, the more my reasoning began to waver.
What he was offering me was far-fetched, but I had force majeure reasons that made me hesitate. So what do I do? Do I take the deal and solve my problems, or do I maintain my dignity and say no?
