Felix stood frozen, looking at Xena in disbelief. If it weren't for his senses, he would have thought someone was impersonating her.

The matter of the Dragonspine had been known only to Gerald and his fellow apprentices. No one else knew about it. The only outsider who knew about it was the mysterious Billy. No one else could possibly know about it.

Yet, Xena had just uttered the word "Dragonspine". How could he not be shocked?

From Felix's expression, Xena got her confirmation and gestured for him to sit down. "You don't need to make excuses to pretend because I don't know much, either. In fact, I don't even know what the Dragonspine really is."
