Madelyn suddenly exerted force in her hand, breaking the paintbrush in half, "Enough! Stop saying anything."

Margaret was caught off guard when Madelyn, usually easygoing, suddenly blew up. However, she had seen through it ages ago as someone so experienced. No matter what happened in the past, any lingering resentment in Madelyn's heart would gradually dissolve with time.
