Rozi walked along the passage as she examined her surroundings. Ten minutes later, she noticed the walls had a series of murals that made her stop."Partingians drew these," Rozi muttered as she touched the walls.The paintings told a story similar to the one the world had seen recently.Rozi analyzed them and realized they explained one essential thing. A Partingian mining team had dug up this meteorite many years ago, and the Partingian emperor ordered an investigation.When the first group of investigators entered the meteorite, they faced an illusion. They thought they were stuck inside forever, sliding downward in a never-ending tunnel. The Partingians studied the meteorite and discovered black worms living inside it. The worms could induce hallucinations, and those who fell victim would never wake up.The Partingians then found a method to counter these worms and sent a second team. Adrian had to force his legs, which he had not used in eighteen years, to move and get off of Rozi. As he looked around, she was shocked when she got a proper look at him."What happened to you? Adrian and Rozi were unaware of what was happening outside. Their goal now was to find the eagle artifact and head to Mount Regent. Let's go find it," Adrian said, and Rozi followed after him.The pair wandered through the meteorite cave for several days, weaving through the intricate and dense network of passages cautiously so that they did not get lost.However, time waited for no one.***Far to the west, the soldiers of the new generation entered Mount Regent. Armed vehicles came to a halt outside the vast expanse of the Millionth Mountains, and the soldiers disembarked one by one. Nova, dressed in a Wyvern Peak battle suit, took out her binoculars and observed Mount Regent.Miguel pointed toward it and said, "Mount Regent's up ahead. All those surrounding mountains are affiliated with it, but most of them don't have names. Mount Regent is the tallest among the Millionth Mountains."Daisy walked over and added, "This is where Sir Strider's fifty thousand men died, but there's only two hundred of us. Instantly, corpses rose from the ground. They were dressed in clothes from ancient times, each armed with a weapon. There were tens of thousands of zombies, locking onto the young soldiers and swarming toward them."Stay calm. We'll fight our way out of this!"
