Ivy drove the truck down the main road of the passage. They arrived at the exit approximately twenty minutes later. It was sealed by a massive iron gate, blocking their way out of Swallowston. This was the very gate that prevented the monsters from entering.

The vehicle stopped at a safe distance from the gate, and Adrian got off the top of the truck. He then gestured to Ivy and said, "I'll blast the gate open. Once that's done, I want you to charge out without stopping for anything. We're going to be faced with a lot of monsters after the gate. Don't worry, I'll catch up."

Ivy nodded, showing complete trust in Adrian's plan.
