Adrian could not determine how many civilians were inside Cloudton, and he did not know which side were the good guys. There was even a chance both sides were villains. There were many civilians within his own group, so he could not lead these ordinary people into the city in case something unexpected happened.

The only thing he could do was send some people into Cloudton and decide what to do after gaining more information. The ladies were the best candidates for the task. As Helen and her sisters were beautiful, their infiltration into Cloudton would be close to effortless.
