Dominic stood up and said, "According to what the elders have discussed, the selection will be carried out in six locations—Cawthorn County, Rusouth, Rivton, Drogoton, Dillonia, and Northbound.

"The preliminary round will be carried out in the six locations simultaneously, where half of the candidates will be disqualified. We’ll then hold the challenger round in Novemton to select the finalists.

"The final round will be held at Wyvern Peak, where War Legate Draco will personally announce who the next War Legate of Wyvern Peak will be two days after the finals are concluded."

In the past, the selection would always be held at Wyvern Peak. This time, they had taken into consideration that Wyvern Peak's headquarters was in the outlands. It would be inconvenient to hold such a large-scale event there in case the outlanders attacked. Thus, the ten elders decided that the selection would be held at six different locations across Novemton.
