All of the girls in the lecture hall were in high spirits, eager to hear why Lohawk was congratulating them.

"Half a year ago, War Legate Draco abolished a few of the selection rules. From this year onwards, female students will be allowed to participate in the selection so long as they're capable. Isn't this good news?"
