Not long after, someone knocked on their cabin door.

Reuben called out, “Mr. Theo, Ms. Sia? The pirate ship is getting closer. The captain asks that you come quickly. Everything’s ready.”

Upon hearing Reuben’s remark, Adrian cracked a heartfelt smile at Gloria and stretched out his hand to caress her head. “Any issues?” he asked.
