Esden, the Capital city of the Kingdom of Cardonia. One of the most well developed cities on the entire North Atlantic. The country maintains a neutral stance eversince, and it has maintained a sizeable army that could defend it's lands well if it needs to as history could tell, and it's geography also plays a part on it's defense. The choppy seas of the Atlantic and the towering mountain ranges to it's borders provides a natural defense with all of this factors the country could maintain it's neutrality. The Church Guards and the Prince's soldier's are in a tense standoff.After the nationwide broadcast and transmission about the state of the country. A day has passed since the incident.The emergency meeting held by top officials has ended with no resolution. The issue brought up by the Church are immediately classified as a top secret. The military was then mobilized to secure the border. Air and sea travel was put to hold. And with the Martial Law in place the only vehicles that run in the streets are public transportation and that of the government.The Cardonian Stock Market has shut down. The economy is in a standstill. Everyone is already panic buying. The whole country is in unrest. The event's that happened has no official explanation. People are enraged with what is going on. A day has passed but electricity is only provided on a rotational basis.Telecommunications isn't usable. The only broadcast on their televisions and radios are that of the government emergency stations. Everyone is still bewildered, they have no idea on what really happened. The P-3 Orion ascended to 10 thousand feet and maintained cruising altitude. Within minutes they will be within visual range on the billowing smoke they've spotted.The decades old plane the came out in the factory in the late 80's is one of the primary Maritime Patrol Aircraft of the Kingdom of Cardonia Air Force. Anti-Submarine Warfare is it's strongest point, and for decades have the defended the seas of the Kingdom. Now the few planes left are being tasked to scout ahead. Because of the unknown radio interference, the High Command decided to used manned planes rather than unmanned ones.Thus the crew aboard the P-3's are technically the first one's to venture out onto the new world, a mysterious and dangerous one it seems.All the while they are gathering data on the new terrain. The geography have changed a lot. Their geographic maps of France are basically useless if they are going to use this as their navigation aide. The Prince then ordered his men to prepare. A company was sorted to do the scouting party. And the Prince will act as it's CO or Commanding Officer. It will be consisting of 3 Platoons. The first will be the HQ section, this is where the Prince will be located, the two will be mechanized platoons.The HQ section have a Pandur II command variant, two armored trucks for the supplies, two Humvee's and another Humvee modified as an ambulance, with a total number of soldiers at 30 including the Prince himself.The two mechanized mechanized Platoons have a Hyena 6x6 APC-IFV, this locally built vehicle will be the one responsible for providing fire support for the troops. The 30mm turret will make short work on any hostiles. Along with two IV's, Italian made with license for local production, along with the Humvee it is the workhorse of the army. And at last, each platoon will have an Humvee each, each Platoon has approximately 25 soldiers each.Two M113's with Cardom mortars are also to be

The convoy slowly continued forward. And within a few distance away from the town, the Prince and some of his soldiers disembark from their vehicles.The Prince is now sporting a battle dress for the royalty, mostly white and decorated with some ornaments. It is far more different from the woodland BDU's or Battle Dress Uniforms the regular army are issued with.A dozen soldiers along with the Prince are marching ahead of the convoy, with the one in the lead carrying the Royal Cardonian flag.People from the town quickly spotted them. A considerable amount of soldiers can be seened gathering up on the town walls. They seemed to be in a panic, bewildered by what are they seeing. A very mysterious envoy will be knocking on their gates.The convoy stopped short at the towns outer walls. They are a stone throw away from them. But the Prince and his soldiers continued their march towards the heavy wooden gates of the town.A soldier then knock. The thick wooder doors began to creak open. A

Bewildered and surprised, the troops outside of the town walls have their sights aimed at the now hostile townsfolk."HQ! Are you hearing this?", 1st Lt. Crowall asked through his radio, in which HQ is now tapped in.The supposed Princess then said, "Until my demands are not met, your Prince is in the mercy of mine.But the Prince then uttered, "You sure about that Princess? My troops there could take you all out in a jiffy.""Big words, Prince, as long that knife is touching your neck. I wouldn't think your soldiers would assault us. Mere arrow would not hit us that easily.", the Princess replied confidently. As the man holding the Prince tighten his grip on him."See that green speck of light in you chest, Princess?", the Prince then asked.As the Princess look for the said light. She tried to shrug if off her but it won't budge."What is this? Get it off me!", she then demanded.Knowing that it could get ugly real fast. The Prince shouted, "Under my control! The troops that was left outside the town's walls dispersed to smaller groups and began to encircle the town. They have every entry point sealed, small UAV's now guards the town 24/7, watching everything they do. They've enforced a blockade, this is a formal declaration of something short of a war.A surveillance plane was also stationed to monitor the situation. Reinforcements from the border has been called in. A company sized mechanized infantry with a company of tanks and artillery are now beginning to make their way. An equipment cache and a special forces platoon was also then airlifted towards the town.They have now have the tools to either rescue the Prince stealthily or go in guns blazing."Reinforcement will arrive this night. We got tanks and self propelled artillery along with another dozens of troops, I've been told they are hastening their pace.
