It was what Zander wanted to know. Therefore, Sean immediately nodded heavily when he said so.

Sean put down his pen and explained. "You underestimated the problem. Even though I won the battle with Wesley and showed what I'm capable of in front of so many city defense soldiers, I was appointed out of the blue after all. If I remove someone as soon as I take office, others will feel threatened and even bring down the city defense army's morale."

It dawned on Zander once he heard that.

Commander was more thoughtful than him.

He only saw the immediate benefits, but his Commander thought further. He was indeed no match for the Commander.

Sean continued saying, "Zander, what do you think of Wesley as a person?"

Upon hearing Sean's question, Zander immediately responded, "Wesley is short-sighted, narrow-minded, and nepotistic. I don't think he can make it big! His son will get him into trouble sooner or later."

"That's right! Sooner or later, he'll be in big trouble for his nepotism!
