Quay’s bodyguard groaned in pain. He retracted his hand, waving it in the air and jumping around.

James quickly attacked and took down the remaining three bodyguards in a few moves. In an instant, the bodyguards were on the ground, screaming in pain.

James glanced at Thea proudly.

“Darling, I didn’t embarrass you, right? I used to be in the military. How could ordinary people who have never encountered real martial arts be a match for me?”

James thought that Thea would praise him.
