James apologized, stood up, and bowed his head.

“I’m here to apologize for it.

“I’m really sorry.

“I’m unable to keep my promise to you.

“I should’ve made it clear to you earlier, but I’ve delayed it until now because of so many unexpected things.”

Tears kept rolling down Tiara’s cheeks.

Tiara knew this day would come, but she still held on to some hope all this time.

At that moment, she did not feel too much sadness but instead felt relieved.

Tiara said with a smile, “You don’t have to feel guilty about it, James.”

Although she was smiling, tears still rolled down her face.

Even so, she tried her best to comfort James. She did not want James to feel guilty or be burdened by her.

James heaved a sigh of relief, seeing that Tiara had accepted his words.
