Maxine briefly introduced the concept of True Energy Materialization to James.

True Energy Materialization was the process of releasing True Energy, controlling it, and modifying it into any shape.

“Try it out, James.”

Maxine did not know what rank James currently was, nor did James himself.

That was because no one had explained to him the differences between ranks. He only knew that by opening up his meridians, he had made a breakthrough into the fifth rank.

James catalyzed True Energy. The energy flowed through the meridians in his arm and gathered in his palm. Then, white light glowed from it, but the light dissipated almost immediately.

“What the hell?” James was puzzled.

Maxine explained, “James, you should currently be at peak fifth rank. You’re just a step away from reaching the sixth rank. However, judging by the potency of your True Energy, I believe it’s only a matter of time. Meanwhile, during your battle with Donovan, you only managed to defeat him because of
