Two days later, Tiodor appeared again in Libia's room. She took off her pajamas, but after a couple of minutes, he left without a word.

Libia was baffled. Sure, she had been planning to escape, but she thought she could at least have a little fun with her captor. Yet, he was always confusing.

For his part, Tiodor was not in a good mood. The lack of progress infuriated him. It had been nearly eight years since Jamie’s death, and he was worse off than when it all started. That couldn't go unpunished—he refused to accept that the witch would get away with it.
