Sabrina turned around and she saw Isadora suddenly falling to the ground and was craddling her foot with both her hands. Malvolio immediately ran over to support Isadora. "Isadora, what's the matter? Is your foot hurting again? What's the matter, Isadora?"

Isadora cried in pain. "Malvolio, I don't know why but my foot is suddenly having terribly sharp pain."

"Sit down and let me have a look," said Malvolio. Isadora sat on the ground and Malvolio took off Isadora's shoe. Only then did he see that pus was oozing out of the sole of Isadora's foot.

"It was still fine just now. What happened?" Malvolio looked at Isadora with confusion.

Isadora hung her head and looked at the floor. She was focused on keeping her eye on Holden just now that she accidentally stepped on a sharp pebble, and that pebble happened to poked on that ulcer that she had on the sole of her foot. Therefore, the pus filled ulcer that she had for many days was cut open. The pus kept flowing out of that ulcer, Isadora
