Sabrina said nothing.

She really did not want to answer Marcus’s call but when she was going through her nightly skincare routine, she placed her phone on the top of her bedside drawer. Her husband who was already lying in bed saw the incoming call and immediately answered, then placed the phone beside her ear.

Sabrina turned and glanced at her husband. She was afraid he would get jealous. When he was jealous, she would suffer. Throughout the afternoon she had already been tormented by him in his office.
