She would tremble in fear even if it was just a live prawn in front of her. However, she knew that he loved sautéed shrimp with broccoli and knew how picky he was. Worried that restaurants out there might not pick the intestines out of the shrimps before cooking with it or that they might use frozen ones, she went to the marketplace herself to pick out the meatiest shrimps there were. She bought them alive and cleaned the intestines out of them one after another while suppressing the boundless fear she felt the entire time. She had done plenty of selfless acts like that for him in the past, so how could she not love him?

The others won't ever hear it, but Alex heard Jane saying "I love you, Alex" so many times that in the end, he felt that it was just normal to hear it.
