"You think that's vicious, Mr. Shaw? You have no idea what real viciousness looks like!" Serenity interrupted Zeke.

She had experienced inhuman torture in prison. Sometimes, she thought she wouldn't survive. Zeke Shaw had not even experienced a fraction of that pain.

"Will you only be satisfied if you completely destroy Jenny?" Zeke asked indignantly.

"You say that as if she didn't try to completely destroy me in the past! I'm lucky I can still hold things with my hands!" Serenity mocked.

Zeke was stunned. His eyes fell on Serenity's hands.

To be honest, he would often recall that scene from years ago, and it would give him mixed feelings.

After knowing that Serenity was falsely accused, he wondered if things would have turned out differently if she hadn't gone to prison.
