Clara was dumbfounded. The men knew she was a small business owner with a small store, which meant this was no coincidence. She was unconscious, and they could not have accidentally stolen a car with her in it.

Maybe they were after her from the start!

Were they planning to kidnap her? Did they know she was already in there when she happened to be asleep in Queenie's car?

Clara thought about how Queenie had desperately invited her to the church and the charm she had given her. She vaguely remembered the light scent from the charm before drifting to sleep.

Clara almost figured out the truth with all these clues.

"Enough. It's been a long time since we've had a woman, and you're the only one we'll devour today!" One of the men said, and the hands continued tearing her clothes apart.

Clara had a bad feeling and knew it would be hard to escape this fate. She only hoped that the baby in her belly would stay safe.

Determined to protect the baby, Clara stopped fighting back and decid
