"Then I'll personally drag him to the operating table by force!" Serenity clenched her teeth and said with a ferocious look on her face.

That surprised Jackson.

"What's wrong?" she asked.

"I thought you're the kind who would stick to the law no matter what. I thought you would never do something like that for a million years," he said.

Embarrassment flashed across her face. Oh god, she'd forgotten that she's a lawyer!

"Maybe it's because... I really think Wilson Birch owes Clara way too much. If Clara leaves the world just like this, then the world is too unfair!" She paused for a bit before saying a little hesitantly, "If it really comes to that... will you help me?"
