Gwynn asked him, “What’s wrong with a baby boy?”

Lowering her head, she cooed to her newborn, who was in her arms. She was incredibly tender with him. She might’ve given birth to Lorian before and was pregnant with Gwen. However, it felt different when she was pregnant with Ocelotte.

Noah saw that she was happy. So, he was delighted, too.

He said to Kim, “Got it! Take care of Ayanna.”

Kim nodded. “Leave it to me, Mr. Noah! It’s not like Ms. Ayanna wants to stir up any trouble, either. She said she’ll move to Crocksten as soon as she’s discharged and that she’d never come back, let alone have anything to do with the Templetons.

“Also, Ms. Ayanna said she didn’t want the Templetons to know that she was the one who saved Ollie’s life.”

He gave it some thought and said, “It works out, actually! Let her have a fresh start.”

He didn’t waste more time on it. Then, he hung up the phone. Realizing that Gwynn was staring at him, she said, “Ayanna doesn’t want to meet with Anderson.”
