Through his experience and strength, Dutch managed to achieve great accomplishments in just three years.

Not only did he single-handedly capture eighteen of the toughest bandits in the outskirts, but he wiped out thirty-six rogue gangs here as well.

The outskirts’ security had risen and become much better ever since he rose to power. Even the Border Force had to show their respect by not causing trouble here.

Safe to say, the young director of the police station was a rare sight to behold.
